Cooking

We are (or let’s say the others are, so I can sit here and tell you) cooking Pierogi (Piroggen) and it’s lots of fun due to our not existing kitchen equipment… salad in a pot, peppercorns milled in a mixer, dough rolled out with a glas… but it works!

The atmosphere is relaxed and we laugh a lot – everybody seems to feel comfortable.

Okay, got to help the others again!

Arrival

Tonight our polish guests will arrive and we‘re so much looking forward to it! It’s going to be a great time!!

The Countdown is running!

Only THREE days to go till the start of our exchange! Our polish guests will arrive in the night from tuesday to wednesday and we‘re in its final throes, mainly doing shopping and cleaning the old school so that our guests feel as comfortable as possible.

We are looking forward to it!
